GIPPSLAND QUICKPRINT
Printing and Stationery
31st August 2004
To Whom It May Concern:
We have employed a disabled person for the past five years and have found that we have not had to make changes to our normal routine to make this possible viable.
Our employee is confined to a wheelchair but has some mobility and is able to transfer from his wheelchair, to, for example, the toilet, without any problems.
We have rear ground level access into the building and wide passageways which are suitable for the wheelchair. We have fitted rails beside the toilet to give extra support to our staff member.
We have arranged an office to allow for the most possible, clear floor space, to allow access for the wheelchair. Access is limited in the kitchen area, but other staff members have offered to provide afternoon tea for this reason.
Access to the machine room is straightforward and this person has ready access to the job bags for costing and the paper store to check stock levels.
We have found that employing a disabled person has been successful and this person is accepted as a normal staff member.

To Whom It May Concern:
We became involved with Work Solutions Gippsland when (through one of their Employment Consultants) we placed a Work Solutions Gippsland client into our workplace in April 2003.
The placement has been a successful one, and we are happy to note the person concerned is still employed by us, as part of the team at Pantac Security.
Our employee has become a very important of our mobile patrol team, he has a very good work ethic and has attained many on the job skills, and is able to communicate and work well with his workmates and more important with the clients which we serve.
Should you require any further information I would be more than happy for you to contact me.

Gippsland Pathology Service
06.09.2004
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Gippsland Pathology Service recently worked in conjunction with Work Solutions Gippsland to successfully integrate a person with a disability into out workplace.
The WSG client joined the Center Gippsland sector of the practice in August 2002 and participated in a three-months orientation and training program as a courier.
A recent appraisal audit revealed that the WSG client had continued working in Sale region as a courier albeit in a casual capacity but on a regular basis.
The employee is seen as an integral part of the Sale team and we look forward to an ongoing and happy association.
Could I take this opportunity extend my sincere thanks to Work Solutions Gippsland for introducing their client to Gippsland Pathology Service.
Yours sincerely
